Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Chicken Pot Pie CasseroleWhen fall arrives temperature changes and changes in meal brings me to one of my favorite dishes  chicken pot pie . This is a hearty meal that is satisfying self comfort and fill the appetite.

I make my chicken pot pie in two different ways using my favorite chicken, vegetables and cream of chicken soup , but for this recipe I did not have chicken soup and made some minor substitutions.

I Top pie cookies that I use the Bisquick box for simplicity without all the work to make biscuits from scratch  Use store-bought cookie dough is an even easier way to make this recipe. Everything about this recipe is quick and makes a great dinner to have a night school or after home from work and want an easy hot meal
